Slinkachu
'little People Project'
Slinkachu started his 'Little People Project' in 2006. The project involves taking train set figures and remodeling them then placing them in scenarios on the streets of various countries. The artist describes the project as both 'street art installation and photography'. He aims to put across the loneliness that people can feel when living in a big city to the general public who walk by and anyone looking at his photographs.

Worst: This is my first photo in the style of Slinkachu. My plan was to create a scene of a man sitting by a river, however, it didn't really work out.
This is because the object I used to attempt to create the look of a river wasn't realistic enough. The color of the table doesn't fit into the scene I had planned out in my head, neither does the texture. A better place to use would've been the grass as this would've been more aesthetically pleasing and told the story better.
The photo is out of focus and over exposed, this just makes the photo look harsh.

Best: My second attempt turned out much better than the latter. There is now a clear enough focus point, however, it could be better. The photo is still over exposed. It has a small depth of field. Even though it is much better in comparison to the first one the photo still doesn't tell any kind of story.
Best: This photo is better. It uses a medium depth of field, the figure and most of the other prop in focus but the white background is blurred out. You can see the figure very clearly and the exposure is perfect. However the picture doesn't tell a story like Slinkachu's do.
Second Shoot
Best: My second attempt turned out better than the first. You can see the figure, which is good, and there is a clear story behind the photo. However the photo is now over exposed and the focus point could be clearer. You can also see the base of the figure which takes away from the effect of the photo.
Best: This photo turned out better. The figure is in focus as well as a few of the blocks. There is a story in the picture too. The photo has a medium depth of field, the figure and blocks in focus but the surround scenery is out of focus. The exposure is just right as well.
Third Shoot
Best: (Lighting, what I think about it, she looks lonely/walking in evening, too grainy, needs backdrop)
